Acrylic emulsion cement modifier and water-based concrete bonding agent.
Principal Use:
Recommended primer for Fosroc cementitious repair system. For improving and bonding floor toppings, renders and mortars, repair of worn, damaged or spelled concrete, polymer modified floor screeds.
